MINI fee: $500.00+

The perfect solution for a listing that needs a little love. Not all properties require an aggressive update. This service will allow Melissa up to two hours in your home making adjustments, using your own furnishings to maximize your home’s appeal before listing photos.

CONTRACT FEE: begins at $2,500.00

Determined on an individual basis per size and scope of each property, occupied or vacant, prop distribution etc. Individual contract proposals are provided upon completion of walk through and assessment.
